Training and development:

We are convinced that an investment in development of an employee is an investment in the development of our company. Therefore, we encourage our employees to continue their education, improve their skills and raise their qualifications.
We offer a broad range of internal employee trainings that allow our employees to fulfil efficiently the tasks assigned to them.
We also encourage our employees to take external courses: general, specialized, professional and all sorts of language courses, and if a course is dedicated to the current position of an employee or is consistent with his/her career path, our company shares the costs of the course. In justifiable cases, training leave is granted.
